90% of large corporations have a drug free workplace program in place. However only 5-10% of small to medium corporations have any such program. Interesting is the fact that small to medium size businesses employ about 75% of all workers.

Our Shield The Corporation program teaches the importance of having a corporate ‘drug free workplace’ policy in place. Having a policy in place reduces the risk to corporate leaders from a legal, safety and financial standpoint. Educating workers about the dangers of illegal drugs, the effects of drugs on the job and explaining the company’s policies goes a long way in reducing drugs in the workplace.

Workers have a higher moral and are more productive when their safety is protected from the risks and dangers of drug abuse by other workers. Workers will have more appreciation for the corporation who have enacted a drug free workplace policy.
